There are 3 basic ways for us to make custom flags. When you require quantities less than 6 of a particular flag, Appliqué or Digital Sublimation would be recommended. Digital Sublimation is a new process that enables you to produce flags of very complex images with unlimited colors. This method also allows us to produce your flag project very quickly. Appliqué requires extensive seamstress work in producing each flag or banner. We therefore price our custom designed flags and banners on the intricacy of the design. The cost of Screen Printed flags is determined by the number of colors required to render the design and requires a minimum order of 6 flags. Each color used in a design requires an individual set of photographic preparations which we refer to as Setup Charges. Once all of the individual printing screens have been prepared, these master screens can be used to produce any number of flags or banners. For this reason, printed flags or banners become less expensive per item as the quantity increases.
